The research and development of this test instrument used the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Medan through 2 stages of product trials, namely small group trials with 10 test participants from grades VIII-9, and large group trials with 30 test participants from grades VIII-8. The results of content validity based on the assessment of 5 validators, 25 questions were declared valid and suitable for use. Based on the small group trial, 20 questions (80%) were declared suitable for use and 5 questions (20%) were not suitable for use. In the large group trial, the results of the item validity of 20 questions (100%) were declared valid. The reliability value of the instrument was 0.735 with a high reliability interpretation. Based on the level of difficulty, 20 questions (100%) were obtained with moderate criteria, based on the discrimination power, 6 questions (30%) were obtained with good criteria and 14 questions (70%) with sufficient criteria, based on the effectiveness of distractor options, 20 questions (100%) were obtained with very effective criteria. The teacher's response to the developed test instrument obtained an average value of 89.90% with very good criteria. This type of research is a quasi experiment with two-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 18 Medan consisting of 352 students. The research sample was taken by simple random sampling technique consisting of two classes, namely class VII-1 as an experimental class and class VII-5 as a control class, each class consisting of 32 students. The research instrument is a multiple-choice test with four options to measure scientific literacy. Data analysis using independent sample t-test and normalized-gain tests (N-gain). Based on the result of the independent sample t-test, it was found that the sig. value is 0.00 which is less than 0.05. The percentage increase in N-gain in scientific literacy in the experimental class was 74% (high category) and in the control class was 41% (medium category). This research is a Research and Development (R&amp;D) with ADDIE’s development model. The instrument used in this study were validity and practicality questionnaires. The interactive e-module was validated by expert validators using a validity questionnaire. The practicality test was conductedby teachers and students using a practicality of the product was obtained with an average validity of 0.88 in the high very category. The average value of the practicality of using interactive e-modules integrated with Ethnoscience according teachers and students is 0.96 and 0.93 respectively in the very high category. The type of research used in this research is Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class 7<sup>th</sup> grade. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique.,The results show that the posttest score was higher than the pretest and the results of the N-Gain calculation show that the experimental class was in the high criteria with 0.81, while in the control class it was in the medium criteria with 0.69. This is supported by the principle of an Kurikulum Merdeka where to achieve learning outcomes it is necessary to use information and communication technology devices in the learning process. One effort that can be made to support educational goals in the 21st century is the development of interactive e-modules in science learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for the development of interactive e-modules in junior high school science learning. The method used in this study is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The instruments used in collecting data were observation sheets, interview questionnaires and student characteristics questionnaires. The results of this study are (1) Science learning in schools is still conducted by teacher centered approach; (2) student have low interest and motivation in learning science; (3) There are less innovative teaching materials used to support the science learning process. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of the Learning Start With A Question learning model on digestive system material on the learning outcomes of Class VIII science students at SMP N 29 Padang. This type of research is using quasi-experimental design (<em>Quasi Experimental Design</em>). The research design was the <em>Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design</em>. The sample selection technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The subjects in the study consisted of two sample classes, namely the control class and the experimental class which consisted of 32 people in each class. This research is a type of quasy experiment research that aims to determine the effect of the application of STEM-based project-based learning models on the knowledge competence of class VII students of SMPN 8 Payakumbuh. The research design used was a non equivalent control group design. In the experimental class, STEM-based Project Based Learning was applied, while in the control class, conventional learning was applied. The practicality test was conducted on two science teachers and students at SMPN 1 Padang Ganting. Students prefer if the teaching materials used are equipped with attractive images, use language that is easy to understand, the material presented is brief, concise, and clear, has work instructions for each activity, is equipped with videos, and practice questions. This type of research is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of the stages of analysis, design, and development. The research instrument consists of a needs analysis questionnaire, validity test questionnaire, and practicality test questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the Likert Scale formula to analyze the results of validity and practicality tests.
