Abstract
This research aims to produce an science teaching materials integrated with the science environment technology society (SETS) approach based on local wisdom in grade 7 junior high school that are valid and practical. This type of research is design research using the Plomp model through 2 stages, preliminary research and prototyping stage. The results showed that the developed teaching materials met the very valid criteria on the content feasibility aspect of 0.94, the linguistic aspect of 0.94, the presentation aspect of 0.93, and the graphical aspect of 0.97. The results of the practicality assessment by teachers and students obtained an average of very practical, aspect of ease of use of 0.85, efficiency of learning time of 0.83, and benefits of 0.88. It was concluded that the science teaching materials integrated with the science environment technology society (SETS) approach based on local wisdom in grade 7 junior high school that has been developed is declared valid and practical, to be use in science learning.
